Annual Strategy Days occur annually, with flexibility for recalibration. The session covers a 2-4 year vision, 12-month goals, business roles, strategies, and necessary skills.

The full-day experience starts at 9:30 am, happening at venues away from daily routines.

The owner, directors, shareholders, and senior managers are invited. This transformative journey empowers you to confidently pursue your vision.

What is it?

Our Strategic Board Meetings is crafter for accountability-driven innovation! Inspired by successful coached businesses, our unique program elevates your business.

  • Guiding Principle: The board sets rules and makes decisions in harmony.

Private 90-DAY Planning 

 What is it?

Our quarterly 90-day business plan workshop was designed to help you craft a personalised growth strategy.

This transformative session includes creating a practical 90-day plan, enhancing organisational efficiency, and learning proven profit strategies. Quarterly planning events provide mutual support among business owners.

The coaching sessions follow a structured format, starting with an assessment of your focus sheet and reviewing previous objectives. You’ll discuss focus areas, work through challenges, set goals, and reflect on lessons learned.

Sessions typically last about an hour, take place on Zoom, and have a recurring time slot. Changes to session times can be accommodated with advance notice.

DISC Assessment

What is it?

The ActionCOACH DISC approach focuses on strategic use of personality traits for optimising workplace dynamics.

Crafted by psychologist Dr. William Moulton Marston, the DISC profile consists of four components:

What is it?

1-2-1 coaching offers individualised sessions with award-winning business coaches every week for Gold & Fortnightly for Silver 1-2-1 members. Executive Teams get individual fortnightly 1-2-1 coaching for up to 4 members.

Sessions follow a structured format, beginning with a focus sheet submission, review of previous objectives, and discussion of current challenges.

The coach helps set goals, explores focus areas, and guides the creation of action plans.

Sessions typically last around an hour on Zoom, with flexibility for in-person meetings.

Ideally, 1-2 directors are recommended for maximum effectiveness, and recurring time slots are set for each session.

Rescheduling is possible with a 48-hour notice.

Mastermind Group Sessions
