What is it?
1-2-1 coaching offers individualised sessions with award-winning business coaches every week for Gold & Fortnightly for Silver and Monthly for Bronze 1-2-1 members.
Sessions follow a structured format, beginning with a focus sheet submission, review of previous objectives, and discussion of current challenges.
The coach helps set goals, explores focus areas, and guides the creation of action plans.
Sessions typically last around an hour on Zoom, with flexibility for in-person meetings.
Ideally, 1-2 directors are recommended for maximum effectiveness, and recurring time slots are set for each session.
Rescheduling is possible with a 48-hour notice.
DISC Assessment
What is it?
The ActionCOACH DISC approach focuses on strategic use of personality traits for optimising workplace dynamics.
This tool explores individual behaviour for insights crucial in navigating the professional landscape, addressing aspects like productivity, stress management, and career progression.
The DISC assessment unveils motivations, stress thresholds, conflict resolution styles, and tailored problem-solving techniques, enhancing self-awareness in business interactions and daily life.
Crafted by psychologist Dr. William Moulton Marston, the DISC profile consists of four components:
- Dominance: Result-driven and goal-oriented individuals with confidence and openness to diversity.
- Influence: Leadership-focused individuals who excel in influencing others with a collaborative approach.

What is it?
Our monthly half-day coaching sessions, for Premium Members above.
The session covers networking, referrals, and industry insights followed by an immersive business-focused segment, followed by action planning.
Events usually take place in Liverpool and Aintree Race CourseTh monthly members day lasts from 9 am to 1.30 pm, with free parking at the venues.

Quarterly 90-DAY Planning
What is it?
Our quarterly 90-day business plan workshop was designed to help you craft a personalised growth strategy.
This transformative session includes creating a practical 90-day plan, enhancing organisational efficiency, and learning proven profit strategies. Quarterly planning events provide mutual support among business owners, and Executive Teams get a Private 90-Day Planning Session.
For Standard Members and Above the coaching sessions follow a structured format, starting with an assessment of your last quarter plan and reviewing previous objectives.
You’ll discuss focus areas, work through challenges, set goals, and reflect on lessons learned.
